  Is a place where all types of dealer orders through fax, email and telephones are received, the order desk is single source of communication to dealers on the state of their orders. Order desk provides information on the status of order fill, items moved into back order, expected date of arrival of such items from suppliers. Incase the dealers are provided schedule to place an order this information is again given by order desk to dealers.

• Serial and Lot Control
  All orders received are controlled through electronic serialling or manual serial generation. The order reference thus generated is communicated to dealers. Further serial control helps in tracking schedule of dealers and avoiding mismatch of orders
